So far 13 Cruises, 162 days and very good customer service. The first two shore excursion people told me that it was already fullly booked, the third said it was not being offered. The helpful Customer service rep told me they were all wrong and it was available and booked me on the Tundra tour even though it is not listed on the website. Denali Park is still offering it and I also have it booked with them directly. Once the lodge opens, I will contact them and the park to find out how to handle the situation.

I am going to book the second night onboard but I presume there will be little choice if any still left. The person I talked to was definitely not in the states and claimed to have no knowledge that suite guests get a comp speciality dining credit on the first night. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the the supervisor told me that the department I need to talk to was closed and that I needed to call back. All this happened on Friday and by Monday my credit card was credited the money, but my reservation was also canceled. If I am understanding the OP's issue, I also had an issue about a month or so ago regarding being charged for speciality dining.

The Passport office told us the closest appointments available for my brother was Arkansas and Puerto Rico. Marking booking “Do not upgrade”, has been ignored in my case for last 2 years.
